Design-Build, Interior Architecture, and Decoration Projects

DAR AL MASHARIH has already executed lot of Design Built Projects. Our scope of work consists of consulting, designing, managing, executing, supervising and controlling the job until the final projects' achievement.

Our main task includes:

Preparing and conducting the Study and execution of the following:

• Project feasibility, pre-design and pre-budgeting.
• Permits and governmental drawings, files and processes.
• Detailed execution, shop and as built drawings / files for:
  1. Tender document including submittals, specs and B.O.Q.
  2. Topographic layouts / work.
  3. Civil and architectural work.
  4. Electromechanical work.
  5. Interior architectural work.
  6. Interior design and furniture work.

• Providing resources and allocating tasks by level of activity (Engineers, personnel, subcontractors, technicians, man-power and skilled labors…).
• Supplying, and installing the anticipated types of machinery, equipment, scaffold, tools, products and materials.
• Supplying, installing (and commissioning) the suitable required appliances, apparatus, furniture and furnishings when required.
