Turn-Key and Const. Mgmt of Hospitals, Schools, Industrial, and Steel Projects

DAR AL MASHARIH has been constructing, managing & executing around 38,000m² of different types of structural concrete or steel frames for gymnasiums, schools, theaters, parkings, industrial buildings, (covered) playgrounds, libraries, etc… some of these projects are on turn-key contract basis.

Knowing that in those different projects, DAR AL MASHARIH uses its own equipment, scaffold, machinery & tools.

 

Our main task consists of:

Preparing and conducting the study and execution of the following:

• Providing resources and allocating tasks by level of activity (Engineers, personnel, subcontractors, technicians, manpower and labors…).
• Supplying and installing the anticipated types of machinery, equipment, scaffold, tools, products and materials.
• Supplying, installing (and commissioning) the suitable required appliances, apparatus, furniture and furnishing when required.

 

In addition, turn-key projects’ work to perform the:

• Project costing as per the provided tender document and design drawings.
• Civil, Architectural, electromechanical, topographic, interior, furniture/furnishings detailed shop and as built drawings, and their follow up or coordination.
• Civil, Architectural, electromechanical, topographic, interior, furniture/furnishings work, managing, executing, and their achievement as per required projects' terms and tender document.
